Upon successful completion of the transaction, the Purchaser will be permitted to continue using the "Band-N-Go" name under a separate licence agreement, subject to mutually agreed terms, for a nominal annual licence fee of $10.00. The Purchaser will receive the right to use the name under the licence but will not acquire ownership of the Band-N-Go name or related intellectual property.
